Db Suicides & Squat Presses

Near competition time when its difficult to lose body fat,
my competitors do a lot of these. I usually start a workout
with this exercise to burn up carbohydrates early in the
workout, so that the rest of the workout the girls are burning
fat for energy.
The number of suicides stay constant throughout (4reps), but the
squat presses increase by 5 each set. Sometime we go as
high as 40 reps of squat presses! (8 cycles).

same circuit.
