Here is another great leg workout. This is one my clients hate.
I only make them 'hold' for about 10 seconds. See if you can
work up to 20 second 'holds'
Sequence:
Hold (10sec) + 1 Frog Jump, Hold (10sec) + 2 Frog Jumps etc...
(increase the number of frog jumps by 1 each set). Go up to 10 frog jumps.
