BB Squats & Jump Squats

This video shows a difficult superset for the legs.
If your goal is to burn calories and keep your legs
nice and tight, give this a try. Try 5 or 6 cycles of
this superset. Start with a minute rest in between supersets
and decrease that gradually down to 15 seconds as you
become more conditioned... take your time, done
correctly this is a very demanding superset.
Sometimes I will start a workout with 5 cycles and end
the workout with another 5 cycles.
